Ingredients

    Barley, pearled, cooked, 2 cup (remove)
    Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 3 tsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Pour tomato sauce, stew tomato, beans, and spices into slow cooker on high. In saucepan saute onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms until onions are opue. Add onion mixture to tomato and bean mixture heat through.

Serving Size: 6- 3/4-cup servings
