    2 chicken breasts
    1 package of baby carrots

    2 large oranges (any type)
    2 tablespoons dijon mustard
    3 cloves garlic
    3 sticks, fresh rosemary
    1/4 cup of pure honey


Slice half an orange and squeeze the rest of the juice in a ziplock bag with honey, mustard, garlic, and rosemary. Toss chicken breasts in for a few hours to marinate.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Toss chicken, marinade and fresh carrots into a baking dish. Cook for 20 minutes on each side of the chicken until cooked through.

Serving Size: Serves two people 1 breast and a heaping plate of carrots
