    2 5oz pork chops, lean, bone in
    2 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
    2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp chili paste


In a small bowl mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, ground ginger, and chili paste together.

Trim all fat off of pork chop.

Using a basting brush cover both sides with sauce. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Pre-heat oven to broil. Line broil pan with foil.
Broil pork chops for 5-6 minutes per side.

Serving Size: Makes 2 chops
