    I can Ortega Black Beans, rinsed
    1 Cup Refried Beans
    1/2 cup Salsa
    1/2 bag of Veggie shreds,cheddar or Monteray jack
    5 Tortillas, 8 inch
    1 Can Enchilada Sauce


Oven at 375. Mix Beans, refried beans, salsa and tomato (optional) and some of the Veggie Shreds in a medium bowl. Fill each Tortilla with some of the mixture. Place fold down in an 8x8 pan. Pour enchilada sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over it. Bake for 20 minutes or until warmed through.
