    Egg, fresh, 2 small
    Sour Cream, 0.6 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp
    *Milk, 2%, 0.3 cup
    Salt, 1 dash
    Cinnamon, ground
    Soy oil, 1 tbsp (or butter sparay) to grease baking tray
    Banana, fresh, 5 medium
    Granulated Sugar,0.3 cup


Frosting: 2 bananas mash and mix with 3 table spoons of sugar and 0.5 cup sour cream add milk. Set aside.
Mix the rest of the ingredients toghether in a bowl.
Pour in a baking tray and bake for 40-50 minutes at 370 degrees. Constantly check if ready with a toothpick.
Cool pie for 10-15 minutes. Pour the frosting on top and sprinkle with groung cinnamon.Leave for 30 minutes.
(Usually I use only half of the frosting and the rest serve on the side)
