    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp chopped garlic
    1 can tomato soup
    1 cup hot salsa
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1 tbsp honey
    Cumin and chili powder
    Salt and pepper
    16 chicken thighs, skin and bone removed


1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a cassarole dish arrange chicken in two layers.
3. In a sauce pan, sauté onion and garlic for a few minutes. Add soup, salsa, mustard, honey and mix. Add cumin and chili to taste along with any salt and pepper desired.
4. Pour sauce over chicken.
5. Cook for 75-90 minutes
