*Bread Flour - Unbleached, King Arthur Flour, 2 cup (remove)
*King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)
Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
Salt, .75 tsp (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)
Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed (remove)
*Yeast, Red Str Active Dry Yeast, 3 tsp (remove)
Directions
prepare bread according to machine instructions for dough, including 2t cinnamon in dough. Set aside half butter, all brown sugar and remaining cinnamon, mixing well.
When dough is ready, roll out with hands cover with cinamon mixture, and roll up, placing in sprayed bread pan. Spray with water and sprinkly crust with granulated sugar. Set aside to rise for 30 minutes, covered. Bake in 350 moist oven for 30-35 min. Let cool slightly, and slice from the side to avoid crushign top. Yum!
