Introduction

I'm known for my lasagna and no one has seemed to notice that it has been without noodles lately!! I've even fooled my kids, who are usually unbelievably picky. I'm known for my lasagna and no one has seemed to notice that it has been without noodles lately!! I've even fooled my kids, who are usually unbelievably picky.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb beef, ground
    1 26oz can spaghetti sauce - no sugar added
    1 zucchini, sliced the long way
    1 small onion chopped
    1 c cottage cheese fat free
    1 egg
    16 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded



Directions

*Brown beef and onion. Add spaghetti sauce
*Mix egg with cottage cheese and add to sauce
*Layer ingredients in 9x13 pan starting with a brief layer of sauce. Then zucchini, sauce mixture, and mozzarella cheese for 3 layers.
*Cover with foil, and cook for 45 minutes.
*Remove foil and cook another 15 minutes.
*Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 15 minutes to set up.
