Ingredients

    1-3.5 pound pork loin
    1 recipe Low Carb BBQ Rub

Directions

Rub pork loin with Low Carb BBQ Rub the night before. In the morning place in foil lined crock pot, fat side up and cook on low for 10 hours. No liquid needed! Goes very well with greens, low carb corn bread and low carb potato salad!

Serving Size: Makes enough for 6 people to get stuffed!
