    1lb ground veal
    1 lg egg
    2/3 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    1Tbs Olive Oil
    4 slices Provolone Cheese
    2 cup Prego Marinara


Combine veal, egg, and 1/3 bread crumbs in mixing bowl. Mix and form into equal size patties. Dredge in reamining bread crumbs. Brown in hot pan with olive oil. Place browned patties in 8" square oven proof dish. Cover each patty with 1 slice provolone cheese. Cover with marinara sauce. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
