Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz
    * Onions,raw, .25 cup, chopped
    * Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    * Carrots, shredded, .25 cup,
    * Cabbage, fresh, 8 leaf, large
    * Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    * Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Brown rice, 1 cup, cooked

Directions

Boil cabbage head for 15 minutes or until leaves are softened enough to roll. Peel off leaves from core end, cut thick vein out and cut each leaf in half.

Mix turkey, carrot, onion, rice and half of each spice. Roll approximately 1/4 cup into each cabbage leaf.

Mix tomato soup and tomato sauce with remaining spices. Place small amount on bottom of 9x13 pan. Cover the sauce with a few spare cabbage leaves then lay cabbage rolls in single layer on top of sauce. Spread remaining sauce on top of cabbage rolls and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until cooked through.
