    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 4 oz
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry and blended to powder), .5 serving
    Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Parsley, .75 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp
    Aji Dulce
    Black Pepper
    Krosher Salt (1/2 tsp)
    1 tbs water


Pre-heat oven at 450 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine oats with water. Let stand 2 min. Add turkey, scallion, parsley, salt, pepper, aji dulce. Gently mix to combine and form 3 meatballs.
In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1/2 tbsp of oil over medium high. Brown meatballs in all sides. Transfer to baking sheet and bake until cooked through (10'). Serve meatballs with rice, and lime wedges and black beens.

Serving Size: 3 meatballs (ice cream scoop size)
