    1.5 pounds 93% lean ground beef
    1 can beef gravy
    1 cup rolled oats
    1 large egg


Pre heat oven to 425 degrees.Mix ground beef, egg, oatmeal and 3 tablespoons of beef gravy. Shape into a loaf and place in a loaf pan. Pour remaining gravy on top and cook for 60-75 minutes.
