    3 Jennie-O Hot Sausage Links
    4 Oz uncooked orzo
    1 Tbsp Olive oil
    1 Whole Green Pepper
    1 Whole Red Pepper
    1/2 Red Onion
    3 Cloves of Garlic
    1 Can Italian Style Diced Tomatoes
    Salt and Pepper to Taste
    Red Pepper Flakes


Brown the Turkey Sausage after castings are removed
Put aside

*While browning sausage, start the water for orzo boiling...add the orzo and cook to direction while sauteing the veggies*

Add chopped onions and garlic into the same pan with the Tbsp of Olive Oil.
When the onions become soft, add the peppers and sautee until desired done-ness.
Add the can of diced tomatoes
Season to taste (I like extra peper, dash of salt and red pepper flakes)

Mix sausage, cooked orzo and veggies.

Top with parsley!

(And Feta is a wonderful addition, but is NOT counted in the calorie count above)

This is a little high in sodium, to cut it use fresh tomatoes and not canned (canned have added salt)
