    1 Whole Spaghetti Squash
1 Cup of Half & Half
    2 tsp Garlic, minced
    2 T Sage, fresh
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    4 T Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Prick a whole spaghetti squash and place in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes. When done take out and allow to cool while preparing the creamy sage sauce. Combine in a sauce pan half & half, garlic and sage over medium heat. Watch for the cream to thicken and bubble around the edges, then remove from heat. Cut the squash in half, then scoop out seeds with a spoon. Using a fork scrape the squash into a bowl. Pour the cream sauce over the sqaush, add salt and pepper, then stir. Top with parmesan and serve. Makes about 6 1/2-cup servings.
