Ingredients

    * Pink Salmon (canned), 14.75 oz
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple finely chopped
    * Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 oz shredded
    * *Potato, raw, 2 small red cut into 1 inch peices
    * Garlic, 4 clove finely chopped
    * Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    * Onions, raw, .25 large finely chopped
    * Tabasco Sauce, 2 tsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

- Boil chopped potatoes until soft and then mash
- Soften chopped onions and garlic in cooking spray
- Clean and flake salmon
- Mix all the above ingredients together
- Add finely chopped granny smith apple, egg, shredded cheddar cheese and remaining ingredients
- Bake for 20 minutes at 425
- If patties are not crisp fry using cooking spray on medium heat
