Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Okra, 25 pods (3" long) (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 plum tomato (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Braggs All Purpose Liquid Soy Seasoning, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tsp (remove)

Directions

Bring 1/2 cup of water to boil. Add cilantro. Let simmer 5 min. Add chopped okra, then tomatoes, seasoning, and last spinach on top. Cover pot and steam veggies until cooked down (apx. 10-15 min.) Stir and add seasoning to taste periodically if needed.
