Ingredients

15 Oreo cookies - crushed
1 tbsp. melted margarine
12 oz. container fat free cool whip, softened
1 large chocolate bar (such as Hershey's or from Aldi)
2 tbsp. cold brewed coffee
cinnamon & nutmeg to taste
Directions
Crush oreo cookies and add melted butter, mix well.
Add spoonfuls of oreo mixture to lined muffin cups, pat down to form a bottom "crust".
Allow cool whip to soften in refrigerator. Melt chocolate bar in microwave in 1 min. intervals until melted. Spoon chocolate bar into cool whip container, and immediately begin to mix together. Chocolate will re-harden into small chunks and flakes. Add cold brewed coffee, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste, and mix well.
Spoon cool whip mixture into muffin cups. Top with chocolate shavings or extra crushed oreo cookies. Freeze until semi-firm. Enjoy!
