Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup olive oil - mild or fruity as you prefer.
    1 Tbsp non-instant dry milk
    1 Tbsp water
    1/4 Tsp salt

Directions

Dissolve milk powder and salt in water. Add to butter and oil, and blend well. I use a stick blender. Store in covered glass container in refrigerator. Product will liquify at room temp. Heavy glass container will keep it solid longer at the table.

Serving Size: Makes 1 cup. Serving size 1 Tbsp.

    Incredible!
Oh Yum, this is great - I’ll admit to eating a teaspoon at a time straight from the fridge💕💕 - 3/22/19

I used this recipe regularly over 30 years ago(from the original book), back when I was thin! My whole family loved it. I used canola oil. I am back on track and using it again. - 8/8/15
