Ingredients

    100 grams of uncooked chicken breast diced
    100 grams of pataks balti sauce
    60 grams of brown organic rice
    half a red pepper
    half a green pepper
    half a cup of sliced mushrooms
    30grams of chopped spring onions
    50 grams of frozen peas
    2 small courgettes sliced
    1tbsp olive oil

Directions

Ina lightly greased pan fry the chicken pieces to seal
then add chicken to the balti sauce and simmer until cooked.
add the rice to cold water,bring to the boil then simmer for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile fry all the other ingrediants in the olive oil until softened.
when the rice is cooked strain and mix with the vegetables and serve with the chiken and sauce.
