Ingredients

    5 lbs Russet Potatoes
    1 lb shredded Cheddar cheese
    12 oz center cut bacon
    1/3 C 1% milk
    3 Tbsp butter
    2 tsp salt

Directions

Bake the potatoes in their jackets for about an hour at about 350 degrees. Scoop out the innards and mix with the butter and milk. Don't overdo - unless you like gluey mashed taters. Ad in the cheddar and bacon and mix to combine. Place on sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for another 20-30 minutes or until GBD (golden, brown, and delish!)

Serving Size: 10 full potatoes or so, cut in half
