    No Salt Added diced tomatoes 1 can
    No Salt Added tomato sauce 1 can
    Garlic, 5 cloves
    Granulated Sugar, 1 Tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 Tbsp
    Basil, Dries 1 tsp
    Oregano, Dried 1 tsp
    Red Pepper flakes 1 Tbsp (reduce if needed for less heat)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp
    medium Onion, 1


thinly slice the onions and soften in olive oil with garlic minced.
add green spices and repper flakes.
add all else and let cook stirring occasionally.
"juzsh" with an imersion blender then let it cook a bit longer.
