    Frozen Shrimp, thawed, zest and juice of one lemon, garlic, cajun seasoning, olive oil


Assemble marinade and put in a resealable bag with shrimp for one hour. Put shrimp on skewers and grill for a couple minutes each side until cooked. Serve with veggies and rice!
