    2 cooking apples chopped
    1/3 cup Sultana raisins
    1 1/2 cups oatmeal
    1/4 cup Walnuts chopped


Put apples in a sauce pan and drizzle honey over them and sprinkle cinninom and nutmeg on top. Cook at a low heat until tender about 10 minutes. Mix together salt, oalmeal and oil. add nuts and raisins.
In a loaf pan spread 1/3 of the oat mixture. Spread a layer of the apple mixture. DO another layer of oat mixture then apple mixture and top off with the remaining oat mixture. Cover put in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. remove cover for last 10 minutes. Remove when oats are broned. Serves 6.
