Ingredients

    800g Beef chuck steak or gravy beef diced 25mm
    2 med onions chopped
    1 tbsp butter
    Smoked paprika 1-2 tbls
    1 420g can of crusshed tomato

Directions

Saute chopped onions in butter until brown in a large pot with lid. Add the diced beef and season to your liking and add the paprika. I find this is good with lots of fresh ground black peper. Stir in crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer with the lid on. Simmer yes thats simmer for 120 to 180 mins and the meat will be melt in your mouth.
