    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 2 tbsp
    Kraft Parmasan Grated Cheese, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    Baked Potato, with skin, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)


Melt butter and add olive oil and let cool for a few seconds. Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Dip each wedge into the butter/olive oil mixture and lay in 9 x 13 cake pan. Pour the remaining mixture over potato wedges. Sprinkle with parmasan cheese.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender on the inside and crisp on the outside.
