Number of Servings: 12

1/2 cup chunky natural peanut butter (like Smuckers)
    1/4 cup agave nectar
1 egg white, beatun until frothy
    2 cups oats
    1/2 cup raisins

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix the beaten egg white with the peanut butter and agave until smooth and blended. Then stir in the oats and raisins, making sure everything is well coated.

Line a cookie sheet with foil, and turn out the granola mixture onto the cookie sheet. Shape into as even of a rectangle as you can. Sprinkle the top generously with cinnamon.

Lay another piece of parchment on top, pressing down to make sure the layer of granola is even and about 1/2 inch thick.

Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges just start to get golden brown.

Let cool for at least 1 hour, or cover with foil and place in fridge. Cut into 12 even squares or rectangles, and store each one in its own small plastic baggy or wrapped in foil or plastic wrap. These keep nicely in the fridge for about a week.
