    1 small banana or 1/2 large banana
    1/2 cup pumpkin
    1 cup light or fat free vanilla soy milk
    crushed ice
    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

blend all ingredients in a blender and give it a whirl

  • This recipe has so much potential, but it needs some kind of sweetener bad! At first I felt like I was just drinking plain pumpkin. I added a tablespoon of brown sugar and doubled the pumpkin pie spice and it was delicious. Will make again with the above additions. Thanks! - 1/13/08
