    6 c. campenelle
    8 oz. pancetta
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    12 oz. peas


Heat water to boiling, cook pasta. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil. Once hot add pancetta, once it starts to brown add onion. Stir in peas, parsley & mint. Add the wine and let evaporate. Stir in chicken broth, add salt and ground pepper. Simmer until peas are cooked, about 15 minutes. Toss pasta and sauce together, serve with parmesan

    I made this recipe and upon making it and reading the directions. It was very unhelpful to make. I had to wing the entire recipe. There really wasn't any directions, chicken broth amount was not there. How to chop, slice or cook the pancetta, etc. Please rewrite the entire recipe with directions. - 11/15/09
