Introduction
Low Carb pita breads are versatile! Use them in place of grilled cheese sandwiches, slice them up for chips to eat with chili or nachos, or make mini pizzas out of them! Ingredients

1 Lo-Carb pita bread
7 slices pepperoni
1 tsp tomato paste
1 ounce mozzerella cheese, shredded
pinch of salt, pepper, basil, oregano, & garlic powder
Directions
***Do not cut pita bread in half***
Spread tomato paste on pita bread. Sprinkle cheese on half the pita. Place pepperoni on top and cover with remaining cheese. Fold in half and cook in skillet with olive oil and butter until nicely browned on both sides.
Serving Size: Makes 1 Calzone
