Ingredients

    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    All whites 1/4 cup (remove)
    Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove)
    *Splenda, 4.5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 2.75 cup (remove)
    *Carnation nonfat dry milk, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Active Dry Yeast, 1.5 tsp (remove)

Directions

Place ingredients according to your machine.

Divide dough into 10 balls and shape into bagels.

Place on cookie sheet, cover with towel and let rise 20 min.

Glaze with egg wash. Bake at 350 for 10-15 min or until golden brown.

Can be modified to add your choice of toppings/fillings.
