    2 lb extra lean ground beef
    2 med onion, chopped
    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 egg, beaten
    16 crushed soda crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup water
    2 tsp dry mustard
    1 cup brown sugar


Makes 2 loaves - total 16 servings
Combine beef through pepper. Mix well. Divide in two and place each half in a 1.5 litre loaf pan. Make a groove down the center of each loaf.
In a bowl, combine ketchup, water, mustard and brown sugar. Pour over loaves and bake for 1 hour in a preheated 350F oven.
Drain, serve with mashed potatoes and steamed beans.
