I tweaked the original recipe just a little bit I tweaked the original recipe just a little bit
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups pureed avocado
    1 cup plain lowfat Greek Yogurt
    1 TB Smart Balance Light Mayonnaise
    Lime juice to taste
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp sea salt

Directions

flesh out a large avocado- puree
take 2 cups pureed avocado and add 1 cup greek yogurt, salt, garlic, and lime juice
use as spread, on tacos as salad dressing for southwest or mexican salads
store in tupperware up to 2 days in refrigerator, or freeze
MAKE SURE TO PLACE LAYER OF PLASTIC WRAP ON SURFACE OF SPREAD SO IT DOESN"T TURN BROWN
