    3 scoops vanilla casein protein
    1 c. Instant Nonfat Powdered Milk
    1/2 c. Oats
    1/3 c Craisins
    1/3 c Walnuts
    3 tbsp Shredded Coconut
    1/2 c Water
    cinnamon to taste


Mix all dry ingredients. Stir in cold water. Spray 8 x 8 pan with Pam spray. Spread into pan, spray spatula with Pam to assist in spreading. Refrigerate and once hardened, cut into 9 equal squares. Saran wrap individual bars and store in fridge or freezer for healthy snack :)
