Introduction

A YUMMY, easy and different take on chicken noodle soup! A YUMMY, easy and different take on chicken noodle soup!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    20 oz rotisserie chicken- diced
    4 servings orzo pasta
    4 stalks celery- sliced
    8oz baby carrots- chopped
    1 large onion- diced
    1 large zucchini squash- diced
    1 Tbls Tarragon( dried)
    1 Tbls Onion powder
    1 teas Garlic powder
    .5 teas black powder
    4 teas better than bullion(chicken flavor)
    10 cups water

Directions

In a stock pot place onion, carrot, and celery. Over high heat- cook- stirring occasionally until onion and celery are tender( 5 minutes)

Add remaining ingredients and bring to roiling boil. Reduce heat to med low, and allow to simmer uncovered until pasta is tender and soup has thickened. ** if it gets too thick add a bit of water.

Serving Size: makes 12 generous 1 cup servings
