Ingredients

    1 standard can (aprox 420 grams content) white beans or any other kind of bean
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    2 TB soy sauce
    1 TB olive oil
    1 tsp dried oregano
    2 tsp dried onion flakes
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp chili powder

Directions

Empty can of beans into a large mixing bowl and smoosh it all with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix them all together. Divide into 4, press into burgers and cook on med-high stove for about 15 minutes flipping as they brown.
