Delicious gluten free banana bread!! Delicious gluten free banana bread!!

Ingredients

    1 3/4 c Gluten Free Flour Mixture
    1/4 c fat free I can't believe it's not butter spread
    2 tsp baking powder
    3/4 c splenda
    1/2 c egg beaters
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 c mashed bananas (about 2)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x5 inch non-stick loaf pan. Cream together butter sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl. Add flour, baking powder, and cinnamon to egg mixture. Add bananas and beat until smooth. Transfer to pan. Bake for one hour.
