    Soy sauce, 2 tbsp
    Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp
    Orange Juice, 1 fl oz
    Sockeye Salmon, 1lb.


Combine soy sauce, maple syrup and juice. Marinade fillets in mixture for 20-30 min. Place rack in the middle of the oven and preheat broiler. Place salmon skin side down on foil lined baking sheet and broil for about 8 min. Serve when done.
