Ingredients

    Sunflower Oil, .5 cup - 55 mls
    Raisins, 1 cup - 135g
    Plain white flour (UK), 1 cup - 110g
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 cup - 50g
    Prunes pitted in fruit juice, 1 tin - 325g
    Pumpkin Seeds .5 cup 50 g
    Wheat bran, crude, 2 cups- 100g
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup - 225 mls
    Egg, fresh, large - 55g
    Canderel Granular Low Calorie Sweetener, 1 cup - 19g
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp - 3g
    Nutmeg, ground, grating - 1 g
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp - 7g
    Baking Soda, 1tsp- 7 g

Directions

Tear prunes, mix all ingredients well. Spoon into 18 muffin cases. Bake at 200C for 17 minutes.
