Ingredients

    * *Tilapia filet, 3 oz (remove)
    * *McCormick 30% less sodium taco seasoning, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    * Spinach, fresh, 8 leaf (remove)
    * *Aladdin Bakers - Whole Wheat Wrap (ngb), 1.3 oz (remove)
    * *Tostito Salsa - Medium, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

preheat oven to 400. Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Coat tilapia filet with cooking spray and rub with taco seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes or until it flakes with a fork.

Put 3 ounces on a tortilla and top with spinach and salsa.
