    1/3 cup Fat Free Mayo
    1 can tuna, drained (5.5 oz)
    4 oz Rotini Pasta
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    1/4 cup dehydrated minced onions
    1 1/2 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix (dry mix)


1. Cook Rotini according to package.
2. About 5 minutes before end of cooking time, add frozen peas & minced onions to rotini.
3. While pasta is cooking, combine 1/3 cup fat free mayo and 1 1/2 tbsp dry Ranch mix in a large bowl. Stir thoroughly.
4. Stir in drained can of tuna.
5. When rotini is cooked, pour contents into a colander to drain.
6. Cool contents with cold running water. (I sometimes add a few ice cubes to quicken cooling time.)
7. Add cooled rotini mixture to bowl and stir thoroughly.
8. Cool in fridge for 30 minutes or longer.
9. Serve on plate of green salad leaves.
