    1 1/2 cup Aunt Jemima Pancake Mix
    1/2 cup Grain Berry Antioxidant Pancake and Waffle Mix
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup water
    1 tbsp dry milk
    1/4 cups Liquid egg substitute
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking powder

    (Nutritional info is for one pancake)


1. Preheat griddle (frying pan)
2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
3. Spoon on to griddle (frying pan)
4. Flip pancake when the top begins to bubble.
5. Serve immediately or place on an oven-safe plate in the oven at 170 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit

Serving Size: Makes about 13 pancakes (about 4 1/3 servings)
