    4 TBS of Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
    1 can of Trappy's Pinto beans with jalapeno peppers
    1/2 of cooked Rotisserie chicken, no skin
    3 TBS chili powder
    1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
    20 (10 servings) Mission Corn tortillas, small


Pull chicken from a cooked rotisserie chicken (NO SKIN) and place in heated frying pan
Add 1 can of Trappy's pinto beans
Chili powder
Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, add 4 TBS to taste
Simmer ingredients to heat through and thicken sauces
Shred Cheddar, about 1 cup
Pan heat corn tortillas
Fill each tortilla with chicken and bean mixture, top with cheese, fold and serve hot

Serving Size: 10 servings of 2 small corn tortillas (filled)
