    1 pouch Fiber One Blueberry Muffin Mix
    6 scoops of Trader Joe's Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla
    1 single serve (4oz.) Mott's Plus Apple Sauce Cranberry
    1/2 Cup Eggbeaters
    3 tsp Oil
    1 cup water
    1 cup Frozen Wild Blueberries


Put all ingrediants in a bowl and mix until all ingrediants are mixed in. It will be a bit lumpy.

Line muffin tin with cupcake liners. Use a 1/8 cup scoop to fill each muffin cup 3/4 full.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Everybodies oven may differ a bit. So for the 1st time you bake keep your eye on the muffins as they bake. I started at 15 minutes and determined my oven baked it for 18 minutes for the desired outcome. Hiigh altitudes -- your on your own!
