Introduction

Mom's recipe exactly the way she made it. Used to love this when I was a kid. Little higher calorie than I would like but it sticks to the ribs. And is fairly cheap to make. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 large potatoes, peeled, thinly diced and cooked and drained
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 cup onions, chopped
    2 10 oz. cans Campbell's Pork and Beans
    1 cup non fat milk

Directions

Brown ground beef with onions. Combine with Campbell's Pork and Beans. Add to drained potatoes, Add milk. Allow to simmer for about 15 minutes. If needed add more milk to desired consistency as this is a soup.

Serving Size: makes 8 1 cup servings, approximately
