    1 tbl flour
    1 tbl chili seasoning mix
    4 (4 oz) lean minue beef steaks
    1 3/4 cups (one 15-ounce can) chunky tomatoe sauce
    1/2 cup chunky salsa


In a flat dish, combine flour and chili seasoning mix. Gently coat steaks. Spray a large skillet with olive-flavored cooking spray. Brown steaks on both sides over medium heat. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoe sauce and salsa. Pour sauce over steaks. Lower heat. Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
