    Aunt Jemima Corn Meal, 16 tbsp (remove)
    *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)
    Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Buttermilk, 1 cup


Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork. Add the egg and buttermilk and stir until mix well. Put the oil into a pan and oven heated at 400F. When oil gets hot pour into the mixture and mix well. Pour batter into the pan and bake at 400 degrees for approx. 20-25 minutes.
