Ingredients

    1.5 Tbsp EVOO
    1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    .25 oz Goat Cheese (soft)
    1.5 Dash Black Pepper
    1 Dash Salt

Directions

Squeeze lemon juice into a bowl. Add soft goat cheese, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Begin to whisk until goat cheese starts to dissolve into liquids. Slowly add extra virgin olive oil to taste.

Use over your favorite salad for a new taste!
