Ingredients

    2 Bags Broccoli slaw mix
    4 Pkgs Ramen noodles, roughly crushed
    2 Bunches scallions, chopped
    1 C Salad oil
    2/3 C White Vinegar
    1 C Sugar
    1 C hulled sunflower seeds or sliced almonds
    1 C Dried chow mein noodles

Directions

Mix: Broccli slaw, ramen noodles without flavor pkts, scallions. Mix Oil, sugar, vinegar and flavor pkts from Ramen. Combine oil mixture and broccoli mixture. Chill overnight. Just before serving stir in nuts and dry chow mein noodles.
