Ingredients

    1 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    3/4 cup sliced Mushrooms, fresh
    1/2 small Onion
    2 cloves Garlic, minced
    3 cups Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free

Directions

In medium sauce pan, saute onion, garlic and mushroom with olive oil, until onion is translucent.

Add chicken broth and rice, bring to boil, cover and simmer for apporx 30 min, or until rice is tender, fluff with fork
